By creating an account or using GetShortlisted ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GetShortlisted.
GetShortlisted is an AI-powered platform that generates tailored CVs and cover letters based on your profile and job descriptions. The Service includes CV parsing, document generation, ATS scoring, and document download functionality.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. One account per person is permitted.
GetShortlisted offers a Free plan (2 generations per month) and paid plans (Starter and Pro) with additional features and higher generation limits. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are listed in EUR/USD on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Paid subscriptions are charged monthly on the date of initial subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page or Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to GetShortlisted, including your CV data, job descriptions, and any information in your profile. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data or generated documents.
Documents generated by GetShortlisted (tailored CVs, cover letters, ATS reports) are yours to use, download, modify, and distribute as you see fit. You are solely responsible for reviewing generated content before submitting it to employers. GetShortlisted does not guarantee that generated content is free of errors or that it will result in job interviews or offers.
GetShortlisted is designed to tailor your existing experience to specific job descriptions. It does not fabricate experience, inflate numbers, or add skills you have not listed. However, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your applications. Always review generated documents before submitting them.
You may not use GetShortlisted to generate fraudulent applications containing fabricated credentials. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service. You may not use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage. You may not share your account credentials with others. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime due to third-party service issues. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
GetShortlisted is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes all your data. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
